Who we are

Orlando FL Pool Resurfacing (orlandoflpoolresurfacing.com) is a free quote service. We connect Orlando-area homeowners with independent local pool contractors for free, no-obligation quotes. The contractor you choose quotes, contracts and does the work. We are not a pool contractor. This policy explains what this website collects and what happens to it.

What the quote form collects

When you fill out a quote form, we collect what you type: your name and phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, ZIP code, the type of pool work you are asking about and any details you add, such as the pool's size, its current finish or what you are seeing. Please don't put sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in the details box.

How the form is delivered

Our forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you press submit, your entries go to FormSubmit, which delivers them to our email inbox. FormSubmit handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy, and we don't control how it stores data on its systems.

How your request is used and shared

• We use your details to handle your quote request and to reply to you about it.
• We share your request with the independent local pool contractors who quote the job, so they can contact you by phone, text or email.
• Those contractors are separate businesses. Once they receive your details, their own privacy practices apply, and you can ask them directly how they handle your information.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Sending a form does not obligate you to hire anyone.

Phone calls

If you call the number on this site, your call may be answered by us or connected to an independent local pool contractor who handles quote requests in your area. Our phone service may record basic call details, such as the calling number, date, time and length of the call, so we can follow up on your request. If you leave a voicemail, we use it only to respond to you and pass your request on.

Cookies and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like most hosts, Cloudflare processes standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site, and it may set cookies needed for security and performance. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site should still work.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to handle the request and keep reasonable business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us or send a note through the quote form and say what you would like changed. We can't delete information a contractor has already received, so please contact that contractor directly as well.

This site is meant for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
